John Crowley

John Crowley

BUILDING SURVEYING Director

John was chairman of the RICS working group for surveys of Commercial and Industrial Property and has completed new guidance on surveys and inspections of industrial and commercial properties for on-line guidance (i-surv) for commercial surveys on behalf of the RICS books. He also was an assessor of new guidance being produced by the Institution of Structural Engineers on the inspection and survey of structures.

John has extensive experience in Building Surveys, Dilapidations and Landlord and Tenant issues. John has extensive experience in portfolio maintenance management and professional consultancy for commercial and public sector clients. His main clients have been large financial institutions, local authorities public sector organisations, care home providers, Housing Associations and property companies.  John has worked extensively on corporate and public sector portfolios providing an all building surveying services.

John has held Directorships at Atisreal and Sanderson Weatherall. John has worked predominantly with large corporate and public sector clients.  John has also held corporate surveying positions at P&O Properties and MEPC.

John was also Director responsible for both Sanderson Weatherall’s and Atisreal’s Health and Safety Consultancies providing consultancy advice on asbestos, fire safety, health and safety, legionella and toxic mould.

John has extensive years experience in fire risk assessment as well as  asbestos surveying and sampling working to the HSE guidance note HSG 264 in accordance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations. John has also undertaken the management of asbestos projects as well as providing expert witness reports on the procurement of asbestos projects

Brogan Crowley

Project manager

Brogan brings a fresh approach to the service. A former Olympic Athlete representing her country in different sports brogan has since developed into a project manager which provides an ”in house” service previously offered to our clients through partnering companies.

Bev has provided support to all areas of office administration helping to create better ways of streamlining communication and reviewing and implementing new technology.

In addition to managing office logistics, I am adept at handling financial transactions, budgeting, and invoicing. Keeping abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, I facilitate a compliant and smoothly running office environment. I act as a liaison between clients, surveyors, and external stakeholders, fostering strong communication channels and promoting a positive client experience. My role extends to project support, where I assist in coordinating surveys, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Aarron Crowley

TECHNOLOGIST

Aarron has extensive experience in the surveys of property and has also has numerous years operating as a CAA qualified unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) pilot to aid our survey team with aerial photography and land mapping use on property’s.

My expertise in UAV technology enhances the speed and precision of building surveys. I utilize aerial data to create 3D models and maps, aiding architects, engineers, and construction teams in planning and decision-making. The real-time data acquisition capabilities of UAVs streamline the surveying process, reducing time and costs associated with traditional methods. My commitment to safety and compliance ensures that UAV operations adhere to regulations, maintaining a secure and reliable surveying process.
