Insurance Re-instatement Costs

We undertake De Novo and desktop valuations for re-instatement based upon the RICS procurement process for reinstatement cost assessment of buildings. Our previous clients include both commercial, industrial and residential organisations with portfolios of property throughout the UK. Regulated by the RICS and adopting a consistent method ensures the assessments are prepared with, speed, accuracy, efficiency and economy.

Re-alignment of Property Portfolio to meet Business Plan

We have experience in reviewing, analysis, and reporting on property portfolios, including the matching of the portfolio footprint (size, location, terms, etc) to meet the future business plans of the organisation.
