The Landlord of a retail premises in the North West of England was faced with extensive repairs and reinstatement following the exit of the building by a large portfolio occupying tenant. Through careful planning and extensive consultation we were able to secure full recovery of all dilapidations costs including the execution of the works. This involved detailed and substantive evidence being provided to the outgoing Tenant to demonstrate the Landlord’s loss and the execution of the project in readiness for occupation by a new Tenant.
