We concluded the assessment of condition and dilapidations liability relating to a large portfolio of industrial units throughout the south of the United Kingdom. Due to the confidential nature of the transaction our Client was able to trust our team in undertaking the matter and retaining confidentiality at all times. The project included the inspection of units ranging in size from 3,500sq ft to 100,000sq ft over a period of two months. The assessment included establishing future dilapidations liability. The use of drone technology from a sister company and refined software assisted in providing the information to the Client at the correct level with more detailed costs available for scrutiny and manipulation in the transaction negotiations.
